The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO will play a crucial role in managing executive tasks, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring the smooth operation of high-level company functions.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and correspondence.
- Assist in projects, track progress, and provide executive reports.
- Conduct research, gather market data, and prepare reports.
- Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and teams.
- Handle confidential information with integrity.
